Faith

I believe in the fundamental truth of all great religions of the world. I believe they are all God-given, and I believe that they were necessary for the people to whom these religions were revealed. And I believe that, if only we could all of us read the scriptures of different faiths from the standpoint of the followers of those faiths, we should find that they were at the bottom all one and were helpful to one another.

God

Jonathan Miller's Brief History of Disbelief - Shadows of Doubt

This video is 59 minutes long. It is the part 1 of 3. You can find other 2 parts here or here.

Well, I'm not an atheist, but I like this video. I've became an Christian by my own decision, when I was 21 year old. I was baptised in the 7th Day Adventist's church in Sarajevo, in January 1991. Before that I was an atheist, desperately looking for the answers to the main philosophical questions like "Who am I?".
I've never really accepted the concept of God, but even as a child I did believed in the spiritual worlds and re-incarnations.
Zarathustra, Buddha, Jesus Christ and other individualities from big religions, are for me the superheroes of all humanity. John Lennon, Mahatma Gandhi and other great souls belong to the same group.
I don't make difference among religions. All religions are trying to explain one universal human reality and to give us satisfying answers to the same questions.
I can't get no satisfaction in religions yet. I've got my own special way of thinking. I think that life is beautiful.
God is a concept by which we measure our pain.

Today I don't see my self as a Christian. I'm not going to the churches and I don't preach about Jesus around. I'm writing and speaking about everything.
I live my life, having fun, enjoying every moment, with free thoughts. I don't think about a God who is watching me all the time. For me God is everywhere. He is not a separate being. He is life in every being. Humans cannot find true God outside themselves.

Yu-rock

Accidently I've found several interesting music-blogs at Blogspot.
Here is the best one:

That's music from the former Socialistic Federative Republic of Yugoslavia (Bosnia & Hercegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro).
When I was young, I've had the Yugoslav identity, and when the war started I've lost it. I have the Croatian passport now and I'm a Croatian citizen, but I think my life would be much better if Yugoslavia was not destroyed. There would be more life and less death. There would be more beautiful music and less ugly political speech.

Though I am yugonostalgic I don't want Yugoslavia to return ever.
If something like that would exist in the future, after some time there would be another war. The best solution is that every former Yugoslav socialistic republic remains independent forever.

I think that this is the most beautiful part of the world but I'd still like to live somewhere else, because I'm tired of our people. I just don't know where to go.

Enjoy the music and your personal independence, as much as you have it!

Welcome

This is my newest blog. I already have 7 or 8 blogs. I'm thinking about reaching the world's record and entering my name into the Guinness book of records. :-) I'll continue creating new blogs and connecting each with links. I'm writing other blogs anonimously, under nick-names Altazar and Photon, but I'm not trying to hide my identity. Enjoy and have fun!
